EA Waste Carrier Licence
Registered with the Environment Agency as an upper-tier waste carrier, broker, and dealer. Our licence covers the collection, transport, and transfer of controlled waste.
Duty of Care Compliance
All waste transfers are carried out in accordance with the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and the Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011. Full consignment note documentation on every job.
COSHH Trained Operatives
All operatives hold current COSHH training and are competent to handle hazardous and non-hazardous wastewater streams safely and in accordance with site-specific risk assessments.
Fully Insured
We carry comprehensive public liability, employers' liability, and environmental impairment liability insurance. Certificates available on request.
